Install Adobe Acrobat reader from your CD.You can do so by opening your CD drive, open "Adobe Reader" folder and double click on Adobe icon
Install Macromedia Flash from from your CD. You can do so by opening your CD drive and open the "Flash" folder. Then click on the installer button which is suitable for your computer (windows or macintosh)
