There are 2 easy ways to enrol in any of our courses:
Option 1
Under each course description, you will find an 'enrol now' box.. This will
display all of the payment plans available for the course.. just follow the
prompts to enrol.
Option 2
To find out the current fees and how to enrol for any ACS Distance Education
course do the following:
-
Note the course code listed at the end of the course you are interested in
(this will be either S1, S2, S3, S4, CT, AC, PA, DI or AD). For advice on
course planning contact the school.
-
Look up that particular course code in the Fees Schedule (shown on this web
page) and decide which Payment Plan suits you best.
-
Print off and fill in the enrolment form (shown below on this web page) and
send it to the school with your payment. Payment should either be in full, or
as a part payment as set out in the Fee Schedule). Fees can be paid by Cheque,
Money Order, Visa, Bankcard, Mastercard, American Express, or direct bank
transfer email the school for more details.
-
No graduate tax applies to our courses as we are a privately run college.
Upon enrolling in a course with any school, a student is entering a legal
agreement under common law, in which they agree to abide by the conditions of
enrolment (including meeting stated payments), in exchange for the service
offered by the institution in the delivery of the course.
ACS Distance Education operates a refund policy which is fair
and equitable.
-
Notification of withdrawal from a course must be received in writing within 14
days, in order to qualify for a full refund (less postage, handling and
administration costs - minimum AUD$100, more for overseas students).
-
Course Duration: Short Courses (ie: 60 to 120 hrs duration) should be completed
within 12 months of enrolment. Certificates, Advanced Certificates and Diplomas
(ie. Over 500 hours duration), should normally be completed within 3-5 years of
enrolment.
-
Additional fees may apply if a student requires an extended period to complete
their course.
-
Deferments and Extensions: If there is a valid reason, you may apply to the
office manager in writing for a deferment or extension. If you have
demonstrated some commitment to study we grant 6-12 month extensions without
question. If you demonstrate exceptional circumstances, we will normally grant
6 to 12 month deferments, as necessary. Recommencement fees may apply.
-
Disclaimer: Every attempt is made to ensure all information from the school is
accurate and that the student has attained the competencies taught in a course,
at the point of their assessment. Beyond this point, the graduate is
responsible to maintain their acquired competencies, and apply acquired
knowledge and skills in a way which is appropriate to the unique
characteristics of each application. This will release the school from any
liability, action and claims of whatsoever nature in connection with, or
arising from any such information, instruction or advice, given by any student
or ex-student, whether directions given during the course are followed or not.

in any way outside of the pursuit of studying the course by the person who is
enrolled in the course; unless permission is sought and granted in writing by
